African Diplomatic Corps on the 2026 U.S.-Africa Business Summit

On May 14, CCA leadership briefed the Chiefs of Mission, Chargé d’Affaires, Commercial Attachés of Invited Diplomatic Missions on the objectives of the U.S.-Africa Business Summit - the premier annual conference bringing together U.S. and African public and private sector leaders to advance the U.S.-Africa trade, investment, and commercial relationship. The briefing provided information on engagement opportunities for their official delegations. Florie Liser, President and CEO of CCA opened the discussion and remarks were given by Ambassador Brenda Gajjaluxmi Mootoosamy, Ambassador of the Republic of Mauritius to the United States, encouraging her fellow Ambassadors to join Mauritius as they host the 2026 U.S.-Africa Business Summit.
